This Privacy Policy explains how Finz collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our Services. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, do not use the Services.

What this policy covers
This policy covers information we process about:

Users of our platform, including business customers and their authorized users.
Individuals who communicate with us, apply for roles, or participate in research.
This policy does not cover third-party websites, apps, or services you access through the Services, each of which has its own privacy practices.

No system is completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and using strong authentication practices.

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the Services and for legitimate business purposes, including security, dispute resolution, audits, and compliance with legal obligations. Retention periods vary depending on the data type, contract terms, and legal requirements. When we no longer need information, we delete or de-identify it.

Depending on your relationship with us and applicable law, you can:
Access and update account information in the platform or by contacting us.
Disconnect integrations to stop new data flow from connected services.
Opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link. Service and transactional messages may still be sent.
Control cookies through browser settings and, where available, our cookie controls.
If you are an authorized user of a business account, your organization may control certain settings and information.
