Change or cancel your plan

Update or cancel your subscription at any time.

1. Overview

This guide explains how to change or cancel your Finz subscription from the Billing section inside Settings.

2. Open Billing Settings

To manage your subscription:

  1. Open Settings

  2. Select the Billing tab

Inside Billing, operators can:

  • review their current plan

  • update payment methods

  • change subscription plans

  • cancel subscriptions

  • review invoice history

3. Change your subscription

To change plans:

  1. Open Settings → Billing

  2. Select Change Plan

  3. Choose your preferred plan

  4. Confirm plan updates

Some businesses may require custom onboarding or operational configuration before plan updates are finalized.

4. Cancel your subscription

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Open Settings → Billing

  2. Select Cancel Subscription

  3. Review cancellation details

  4. Confirm cancellation

After cancellation, access may remain active until the current billing period ends.
