Download invoices / receipts

Access billing documents for your records.

1. Overview

This guide explains how to access, review, and download invoices or payment receipts from the Billing section inside Finz.

Operators can review billing history, subscription charges, payment status, and download available billing documents directly from the platform.

Invoices and receipts become available after billing activity or subscription payments are successfully processed.

2. Access billing history

To review invoices and receipts:

  1. Open Settings

  2. Select the Billing tab

The Billing section includes:

  • billing history

  • subscription charges

  • payment records

  • invoice status

  • receipt availability

3. Download invoices or receipts

Once payment activity is available, operators can:

  • review invoice history

  • download invoices

  • download payment receipts

  • verify billing records

Available billing documents may include:

  • subscription invoices

  • payment confirmations

  • billing receipts

  • renewal charges

Downloaded documents can be used for internal accounting or recordkeeping purposes.

4. Why invoices may not appear yet

New accounts may not immediately display billing records.

Invoices and receipts typically appear after:

  • the free trial ends

  • billing begins

  • subscription payments are processed

  • invoice generation completes

Accounts still within the trial period may show an empty billing history temporarily.

5. Reviewing billing status

Operators can also review:

  • current subscription status

  • active plan information

  • renewal timing

  • payment methods

  • billing activity

inside the Billing section.
