Steps to update or recover your password.

1. Overview

This guide explains how to reset your Finz password and recover account access.

You may want to reset your password if:

  • you forgot your password

  • you cannot log in

  • you believe your account may be compromised

  • you want to update your password for security reasons

2. Resetting your password

To reset your password:

  1. Open the Finz login page

  2. Click Forgot password

  3. Enter the email associated with your account

  4. Submit the request

Finz will send a password reset email to your registered email address.

3. Creating a new password

After opening the reset email:

  1. Click the reset link

  2. Enter a new password

  3. Confirm the updated password

  4. Submit the change

Your new password will be applied immediately after confirmation.

4. If you do not receive the reset email

If the reset email does not appear:

  • check your spam or junk folder

  • confirm you entered the correct email address

  • wait a few minutes and try again

5. If you no longer have access to your email

If you cannot access the email associated with your Finz account, contact the Finz support team for assistance.
